Friday: Pahaska Teepee Ranch Shoot: Hosted by Texas Smokin'
Guns: Registration: 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm; 5:45 Riders Meeting; 6:00 p.m.
3 stage DWPQ pistol match. $90; $10 office fee; 50% circuit payback with 20%
to Overall. Clean Shooter $10. Wranglers $20. RIFLE MATCH #1 will be ran at 9:15 am SATURDAY!
Saturday: 2nd Annual Buffalo Bill Shoot: Hosted by Texas Smokin' Guns; Registration 7:30 am to 8:30 am: Riders Meeting 9:00 am; 2 stage Rifle Match #1 starts at 9:15; Entry $80 with 50% payback. Following Rifle#1: 1st stage of 3 stage DWPQ pistol match. . Entry Fee: $90; $10 office fee; 50% circuit payback with 20% overall; Clean Shooter $10. Wranglers $20; Following Pistol Match: Rifle Match #2: 2 stages, $80 with 50% payback.
Following the rifle shoot #2, TSG and TMS will host a 1 stage jackpot shoot with payback. No points, details will follow.
Sunday: 3RD Annual Butch Keller Memorial Shoot - Hosted by Texas Mounted Shooters. Registration: 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Pistol match starts 30 minutes after cowboy church - Awards 30 minutes after completion of match. 3 stage DWPQ pistol match with $2,000 added money- Entry Fee $90; $10 office fee; 50% class payback. The Overall payout will be $1,000 of the $2,000 added money being divided 4 ways: $250 to each - Overall Cowboy and Cowgirl and Sr. Cowboy and Sr. Cowgirl. The remaining $1,000 added money will be divided among the classes.
Using a "handicap" method, a men's and women's sterling silver buckle will be awarded to the Overall Cowboy and Cowgirl! All levels have an equal chance to win the buckles. Wranglers $20
Stalls: Pahaska Teepee Ranch has 40 stall facilities available which will be filled on a first come first serve basis. There is no charge for stall use, however, shooters are expected to leave the stall area in the same clean condition as they found it. The shooter will be responsible for any damage caused by horses. It is advised that each rider bring 3-4 bags of shavings for stalls. Portable fencing is allowed. The ranch does not have shavings or hay for sale; however, there are tack stores in Kerrville and/or Bandera which are approximately 15 miles away. Trailer facilities: The ranch has a limited number of RV sites, some with power and some with water and power, there is no charge for the 20 RV sites but they will be assigned on a first come basis.
