The Florida Peacemakers are excited to present our:
"5th ANNUAL WARMER WINTER PASTURES NEW YEARS DOUBLE SHOOT-OUT" $10,000 TOTAL ADDED MONEY

Two Shoot-Outs worth 10x total points for the weekend and $5000.00 added per Shootout. 3 YO Time Only Runs, Senior Incentive, Super Senior, ShootPony 4D, and Eliminator!

The 5th Annual Warmer Winter Pastures event is being held at the Clay County Fair Grounds, in beautiful Green Cove Springs, Fl (20 minutes south of Jacksonville). Competing in two covered arenas, featuring including Cavalry, Rifle and Shotgun, Eliminator, Shoot Pony.com 4D Jackpot, 4 Stage Main Match, plus Senior Incentive Jackpot based on Main Match Stages 1 and 3, with Senior Incentive Final showcase on Saturday night. Lots of fun in the mid-winter Florida sun and mild weather!

Move-in begins at 9:00 am Thursday December 28th, 2022. Stalls and RV spots are awarded on a first come basis (the first person on site from your party, can get your groups stalls and RV spots assigned "for confirmed reservation stalls and RV spots only"). Prior year stall or RV spot locations are not guaranteed to be available (hence the first come notice above)!

Early-arrivals may arrive as early as 23 December 2023. To arrange for stalls and/or RV for those arriving for "vacation" extra early arrival please contact Connor Mathews, Connor.Mathews@claycountygov.com, (904) 540-4726

Note: the vacation extra early arrival through the CCFG requires advance reservations and advance payment to the CCFG.

Move-out is Monday, January 1, 2024 by 12 Noon. Contact CCFG to arrange late checkout after 1 January.

RESERVE STALLS AND RV SITES UNDER THE Warmer Winter Pastures 1 (Saturday).‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $50 is required to reserve your spot for this event. Deposits must be received within 7 days of your reservation.

Final payment for your remaining balance can be paid with check or cash during registration at the event.

Our on-site issued stalls and RV spots (with group save options), there is no need to place multiple rider's stalls or RV spots on one rider's reservation!

Shooting begins Friday December 29th as follows:

• 9:00 AM Arena One - Grand Entry
• 9:05 am Arena 1 - Cavalry Stage 1.
• 9:15 am Arena 2 - Cavalry Stage 2.
Rifle will begin 15 minutes after stage 2 of Cavalry in Arena 1.
• Shotgun will begin 15 minutes after stage 2 of Rifle in Arena 1.
• Eliminator will start 15 minutes after stage 2 of shotgun in Arena 1.
• Eliminator showcase for LIMITED division will be done on Friday at 7 pm in the main arena.

Awards for Cavalry, Shotgun, and Rifle will be presented on Saturday, 30 minutes after state 4 of the showcase.

Warmer Winter Pastures Shootout 1 - Saturday
• 9:00 AM Wrangler Ground shooting in Arena 2
• 9:00 AM Begin Main Match arena 1
Riders proceed to arena 2 immediately after shooting in arena 1
• Wranglers will run at the beginning of each stage in the respective arenas.
• Time-only runs for 3 year old horses will be done at the end of each stage.
• Senior incentive and OPEN Eliminator showcase will be run on Saturday at 7 pm in Arena 1.

Saturday night after the Showcase (12/30/2023) we will be hosting a free attendance, BYOB informal New Year's Eve party with a DJ from 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

Warmer Winter Pastures Shootout 2- Sunday
Same as Warmer Winter Pastures 1. There will not be a Showcase (Senior Incentive will be based solely on Main Match stages 1 and 3, with no final run).
