We have 20 Branded Lifetime 55 Quart Hard Sided Coolers to award. Coolers and other prizes will be randomly awarded based on where you come in in the overall. Prizes will be prenumbered before the shoot. Where you come in in the overall will dictate which prize # you get.

Rifle will be ran on Sat (not for points) only if time allows.

Class payouts will be 1 for every 3 in a class.

The Wyoming Desperados will be hosting this shoot at the scenic Diamond P Ranch. The town of West Yellowstone is welcoming shooters and inviting them to join in on their annual events taking place this weekend. You can enjoy hundreds of miles of some of the most scenic trail riding in the country right out of camp. There will be a Mountain Man Rendezvous and the 50th Anniversary of the Car Show going on in town.

We are out of RV sites but we can put you on a waiting list by calling Lisa at 307 880 6649. Stalls are available by CALLING Lisa at 307 880 6649 to reserve one. Dry camping is available at $25/night and porta pens are welcomed.

RFD-TV will be on site all weekend filming for their Best of America by Horseback weekly series. They will be highlighting the town of West Yellowstone, Diamond P Ranch, Cowboy Mounted Shooting, and Heart of the Horse Therapy Ranch. PLEASE WEAR PURPLE ON SATURDAY!

Don't forget we are collecting food for the West Yellowstone Food Pantry. If you donate 10 or more nonperishable food items you will get a free entry into the Clean Shot Jackpot. Rodeo 361 Photography has generously donated a one of a kind buckle to the fastest rider in the jackpot.

No exhibitions rides if over 50 entries.

Rider Check in from 3 pm - 7 pm in the crows nest
5 pm - 7 pm Dave Stamey concert in the arena - Donations are appreciated!!
5 pm - 7 pm Chuck Wagon Dinner - $20/plate tickets sold at gate and crows nest
100% of the profits will be donated to Heart of the Horse

Saturday, Aug 7
Registration 8 am - 9 am
No changes after 9 am
Mandatory riders meeting at 10:30 am followed by the National Anthem
Main Match Stages 1-3
Rifle 2 stages
Wrangler Ground Shooting
Dutch Oven Cook Off 11 am - 3 pm with awards at 4 pm
Dutch oven & BBQ dinner from 5 pm - 8 pm. Tickets are $20/person and can be purchased at the crown nest

Sunday, Aug 8
9 am Main Match Stages 4-5
Shotgun 2 stages (If there are 5 or more women in each division (open/limited) we will have a gender split)
Awards will be one hour after the last shot

Rodeo 361 Photography will be on site taking photos and providing a live feed. They are also donating a one of a kind belt buckle to the fastest rider who is entered int he clean shot jackpot.

Any rider who donates 10 or more nonperishable food items during the event will receive a free entry in the clean shot jackpot!!! Diana with the West Yellowstone Food Pantry will be at awards to pick up the food on Sunday.
