*Early Bird Incentive: The first 75 Competitors registered on CMSA website before Sept 15 at midnight will be entered to win 50% off your Main Match Entry. ($100 value) Excluding Wrangler Entries.
*Registration: Thursday Evening 7-9pm. Everyone must enter Thursday. Please call Lisa 780-707-6680 if you will be late for registration.
*Stabling: $120/per stall. Includes bulk shavings. (BYO Wheelbarrow) Please book tack stall with your online registration. Any special stalling requests contact Sharon (780) 916-8374. We are NOT required to clean out stalls.
*Arena & Warm-up: The Arena will be closed Thursday evening. It will open Friday Morning until 8:30am for warmup. The track and infield arena are available for warmup. Please do not use the covered arena.
*Concession: There will be a concession open Friday, Saturday & Sunday
*Qualifiers: All CMSA members are welcomed and encouraged to attend and compete. Those qualified (view website for details) will be eligible for awards and prizes at finals. www.mountedshooterscanada.com
*Trailer parking/ Accommodation: $26/night per unit. To be paid for at the Westerner Campground Office, near the Westerner main entrance. This fee includes a plug in.

*Banquet: Join us Saturday Evening for our 2019 Awards Banquet. We will be awarding our 2019 Canadian Finals Champions and our 2019 Season Leaders. Banquet hall is onsite, attached to main arena. Dinner Tickets $30/Adult Competitors, $15/Kids Under 12, $35/Non-Competitors. Cash Bar will be open. Please indicate how many dinner tickets you require when registering on CMSA.
*Silent Auction: There will be a silent auction Saturday evening at the banquet. Please let Marissa Epp know if you would like to donate an item.
*Pro Fuel Senior Incentive: Two gender split Divisions, Men's and Women's Limited (S1, S2 and S3) and Open (S4, S5 and S6). The main match will be used as the qualifier for the Senior Incentive Finals. The top ten in each category will be called back for the finals. 50% payback plus added money.
*Hansbo Eliminator: Two gender split divisions: Men's and Women's Limited (1, 2, 3) and Open (4, 5, 6). All entries will run stage 1. The top ten of each division will then come back for the final stage. 50% payback plus added money paid 1 spot for every 5 entries.
*Springwell Farms Double Down: In the Double Down, the stages you run in the class portion of the event are your qualifying stages. The top ten from each of the six divisions (L1-2, M1- 2, L3-4, M3-4, L5-6, M5-6) come back for a final run for 70% of their entry fees and added money.
