Craft Vendors and Food Trucks will be on site for the weekend.

T90 Ranch LLC is located of I-5 and Exit 88. Traveling northbound on I-5, take Exit 88 and turn right onto Old Hwy 99. Traveling southbound I-5 take a left onto Old Hwy 99. Use the truck and trailer entrance for T90 Ranch LLC. It will be the first entrance onto the ranch and a gravel road. The paved entrance is for spectators and vendors - not truck and trailers. There will be signs for the entrances.

Alternate Stalls Details

Stalls – 150 stalls available. Stalls are $25.00 per stall per night. No shavings are provided. You may pre-order shavings at $10.00 per bag. Orders must be in by May 4th. You may also bring your own shavings. Each stall will have a $15.00 cleaning deposit. At registration, you will mark which stall you are in and pay for your stall. Then you will put separate money (cash or check) in an envelope with your name written on the envelope. At the time of check-out, a SSMS member will check to make sure your stall(s) has been totally stripped and swept out in order to have your deposit returned. If you chose not to pay the deposit, you can just pay for the stall cleaning fee of $15.00 per stall which goes to youth groups in the Tenino area who clean the stalls.

Stalls can be rented as tack stalls too. They just need to be paid for at the time of registration.

Alternate RV Details

RV Parking – 90 available hook-ups with electric and water. The hook-ups are relatively close to each other, so when selecting your location – be mindful of others who may need hook-ups. The spots will be first come, first select. When registering, you will need to put down your location on your registration form. You will then be given a card to attach to your hook-up location. The hooks-ups are $35.00 per night. If you are coming in early or wanting to stay late, please let SSMS know as this location is also a horse hotel.

Dry Camping – Approximately 40 spots. The spots are located between the south side of the sand track and north of the pink ribbons. The area between Old Hwy 99 and the pink ribbons is a “protected wildlife area.” Do not park, walk or ride in this area. These spots are first come, first select. Dry camping is $10.00 per night. If you are coming in early or wanting to stay late, please let SSMS know as this location is also a horse hotel.
