Description

Rifle Clinic: On Friday, March 27, World Champion Jim Hanson is scheduled to put on a rifle clinic beginning at noon. The clinic may extend into the evening hours as the arena is lighted. Jim is charging $100.00 per shooter, ammo and balloons are included, if the class is 10 shooters or less and $85.00, ammo and balloons included if there are 11 or more shooters. More than $2000 in added money. Using a "handicap" method, a men's and women's sterling silver buckle will be awarded to the Overall Cowboy and Cowgirl! All levels have an equal chance to win the buckles. Come to Bandera and enjoy all the Western fun the Cowboy Capital of the World and Texas Hill Country has to offer!



Saturday�s rider�s meeting: will begin at 9:00 am and be followed by a four stage pistol match. Upon completion of the pistol match, there will be a 4 stage rifle shoot with an overall rifle winner declared by the best time of all 4 stages. Double points will be only on the first two stages, no points for stages 3 and 4. 50% payback for the best time of the 4 combined stages.



Stalls: Pahaska Teepee Ranch has numerous stall facilities available which will be filled on a first come first serve basis. There is no charge for stall use, however, shooters are expected to leave the stall area in the same clean condition as they found it. The shooter will be responsible for any damage cause by horse . It is advised that each rider bring 3-4 bags of shavings for stalls. The ranch does not have shavings or hay for sale, however, there are tack stores in Kerrville and/or Bandera which are approximately 15 miles away. Trailer facilities: The ranch has a limited number of RV sites, some with power and some with water and power, there is no charge for the RV sites but they will be assigned on a first come basis. For reservation call Gary Trichter at 713-907-4853



Chuck Wagon: A chuck wagon for Friday, Dinner; Saturday, breakfast and dinner; Sunday, breakfast will be provided each day for a nominal fee. Please contact Gary Trichter for more information at 713-907-4853.



Cowboy Church: 8:00 am on Sunday morning
