Description

WY/NE/SD Border Wars in scenic, historical Fort Robinson Nebraska on June 19, 20 & 21. This will be 3 double point shoot's back to back consisting of 3 stages each day along with 2 stages of Shotgun and Rifle each day.

Wyoming Rough Riders will kick of shooting on Friday afternoon at 2:00 PM. Check-in will begin at 10:00 AM and the office will close at 1:00 PM SHARP. (The other 2 clubs will be available for check-in too.)Shotgun and Rifle will follow immediately after the main pistol match. Awards will follow within 20-30 minutes of the last shot fired. Match will be limited to 75 entries.

NE will start SHOTGUN Saturday at 10:00 AM. Check-in will begin at 7:30 AM and office will close at 9:00 AM sharp. Main Match will follow immediately after Shotgun. Awards will follow within 20-30 minutes of the last shot fired. Match will be limited to 75 entries.

SD will round out the weekend on Sunday starting at 9:00 AM. Check-in will begin at 7:00 AM and office will close at 8:00 AM sharp. 3 Stages Main Pistol and 2 Stages Rifle and Shotgun. Awards will follow within 30 minutes of the last shot fire. Match will be limited to 75 entries.

All persons staying at Fort Robinson must purchase a valid park entry permit for the weekend and will be displayed in windows of vehicles and trailers. Camping will be to the West of the Mare Barns in the Equine Campground and stalling will be in the Mare Barns; overflow will stall in the equestrian barn closer to the main office. All horses must be stalled; there will be no pens used or portable pens allowed. To make camping and stalling reservations please call (308)665-2900 and state that you are there for the Cowboy Mounted Shooting event.
