Schedule of Events

Banquet and year end awards followed by 2 events held at the beautiful Meadow Event Park. Friday Oct. 22 7:00 PM---Banquet dinner and awards Saturday Oct. 23 9:00 AM Banquet Shoot-- Rifle and shotgun followed by 4 stage main match. Sunday Oct. 24 9:00 AM Witches and Warlocks-- Cavalry followed by 3 stage match. There will be prizes for the best Halloween costume and best decorated stall. Stalls are $70 for the weekend, $30 for an extra night. Includes 2 bags of shavings. RV sites are on a first come, first serve basis. $75 for the weekend, $35 for extra night. Details for Banquet dinner to follow. Members will eat at no cost. Dogs must be leashed and attended at all times. Please clean up after your dogs.
