Description

The Round-Up City Rangers will be putting on a Shootout on May 6-8, 2016. The courses will be run on the world famous Pendleton Round-up Arena track. 3 stages Main Match on Saturday, May 7th, followed by 2 stages Shotgun and 2 stages Cavalry. Wranglers will shoot during Shotgun and Cavalry. Sunday, May 8th, 3 stages Main Match followed by 2 stages Rifle. This year we will be adding Shotgun, Rifle and Cavalry. Yes Cavalry, we have many competitor's that are interested, so why not. Out here in the West there are people that would like to compete in Cavalry at the Worlds but do not have points enough to compete there. So dust off those old clothes and come on out and compete in Cavalry. We have the grounds to our selves so camping will be better and closer. There is no charge for dry camping. If you want electric hook-ups you may call the Pendleton Convention Center at 541-276-6569 to reserve a spot. The electric hook-up camping is on blacktop of the Convention Center. The stalls will be $15.00 a night or $25.00 for the weekend and there will be an upfront $20.00 deposit fee for cleaning. If you want shavings please bring them yourself. There is lots to do in downtown Pendleton, Pendleton Underground Tours, Pendleton Woolen Mills, Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon Hall of Fame, Montana Hats, Hamley's Western Wear, Hamley's Steak House, The Rainbow Café and at the Convention Center there will be a dynamic quilt show.
