Open to the public, camping, steak supper, AMSA & CCMSA 2015 year end Awards at Banquet
Each contestant will have one banquet ticket in with their entry fee included.

Directions: From Hwy 22, West Hwy 13 to Alder Flats. Past School & turn left at the car wash/bottle depot.
South 2 miles (3km) to stop sign. West (right) 2 miles (3km) to the end of the road.

Anyone wishing to have hookups, hotel rooms or cabin rentals must book with Em-Te-Town privately at (780) 388-2166. No horses allowed at hookup sites, cabins or motel area. All horse pens and camping areas must have manure and wasted hay cleaned daily and placed in designated area or be subject to fine. All horses shall be at a walk at all times unless in staging area or competition arena. Anyone running horses on driveway, down main street of old west town, or west of motel may be subject to disqualification from match. No parking allowed by banquet hall or staff only marked areas.
Earliest move in is Thursday, September 10, Latest checkout is Monday, September 14 (maximum 4 nights). If booking two nights, we will assume Friday, Saturday; if booking 3 nights we will assume Friday, Saturday, Sunday, if booking 4 nights, we will assume, Thursday through Sunday. All sites will be marked to coordinate parking. All payments will be made to Alberta Mounted Shooters Association, with registration, and payments will be forwarded to Em-Te-Town, Groeneveld Ranch, or Seely Ranch as follows:
Em-Te-Town horse pen, 7 available, $10.50 per night includes tax
Em-Te-Town Kenworth and trailer, 3 available, $27.30 per night, includes tax, make own pen for maximum 2 horses per site, one spot in marked area east overflow, 2 spaces next to slab fence northeast of banquet hall
Em-Te-Town large trailer or motorhome, south overflow, 24 available, $27.30 per night, includes tax, make own pen for maximum 2 horses
Em-Te-Town creek area, camper or very small trailer, 4 available, $27.30 per night, includes tax, make own pen for maximum 1 horse
Em-Te-Town medium trailer, east overflow, 8 available, $27.30 per night, includes tax, make own pen for maximum 2 horses
Groeneveld Ranch (across the road to the south of Em-Te-Town) can accommodate all sizes of units, 40 available, $25 per night, includes firewood, maximum 2 horses per site
Seely Ranch (east of Em-Te-Town about 1/2 mile on south side of road, across from Ponderosa City), 20 available, $10 per night
Alternate competition site for rain out will be indoor arena at Alder Valley Ranch, two miles north of Em-Te-Town road on RR 75 to TWP 460, continue north 1.75 miles to red arena on west side of road. Alternate parking will be east of entrance into pasture. Will be marked.
