Banquet Shoot & Christmas Roundup

Date: December 7th & 8th, 2013
Time: Safety meeting at 8:30AM on Saturday, and 8:30AM on Sunday.
Location: Lexington Horse Center, Lexington, Va.

SATURDAY:

Safety meeting at 8:30AM
Main match at 9:00AM
Banquet dinner following shoot on Saturday. It will be held in the Mezzanine of the main arena building, at the Horse Center. Included in the cost of the main match, $20 for guests.
SUNDAY:

Cowboy church at 8:00AM
Safety meeting at 8:30AM
Main match at 9:00AM
Thurday arrivals MIGHT be available for a $35 fee if you want to come early and warm up, contact Charlie Otto for additional information regarding early check-in.
Double Point Shoot each day, Indoor arena 125'x 250'. This year we're using the East Complex. Warm-up arena and insulated stalls are all connected to main arena--should be warmer. NEGATIVE COGGINS AND HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR OUT-OF-STATERS A MUST, NO EXCEPTIONS.

RV Hook-up reservations made through www.horsecenter.org.

At all 2014 1st Virginia CMSA events, if you pre-register you are receiving a $5.00 discount. You can expect to pay an additional $5.00 if you DO NOT pre-register. (It's extremely hard to plan for an event if you don't know how many are coming.)
