Eastern Iowa CMSA, Wisconsin Mounted Justice and Illinois Prairie State Rebels are having three designated weekends for a Tri State Buckle Series. Buckles will be awarded for men's and ladies Limited, Express and an Open buckle (no gender split). Men's and Women's long gun buckle (combined rifle and shotgun points) overall points for the combined weekends. Must be a member of one of the clubs for the points to be eligible for the buckles. 2 double point shoots. 20% Class pay back. 20% class payback. 1 â€" 3 in class pays one place, 4-7 pays 2 places 60/40, 8 plus pays 3 places 50/30/20.
